Where PropertySignals gets its data
PropertySignals separates official transaction data, location context and optional narrative assistance. The source and coverage basis are shown with each estimate.

How to read a result
Check the data period, sample size, source labels and any “proxy”, “limited” or “unavailable” notice. A blank chart point is a deliberate data-quality safeguard.
